Q: How many tokens are included? Can they fill the jar?

    Each set includes 26 wooden tokens, which is more than enough to fill the jar with a few spares to keep aside. We also include a beautiful drawstring bag to keep your extra tokens safe and organized.

 

Q: Where should I put it? How can I display it?

Q: Is the pen ink permanent? Can I clean the acrylic?

    No, the ink is not permanent. Our magnetic pen is designed for easy reuse; simply use the eraser on the bottom of the pen to clear the acrylic surface and start fresh as often as you like.

 

Q: Who handles the shipping and delivery?

Q: How do I remove the protective film?

    To reveal the crystal-clear surface of your jar, follow these simple steps (referencing the image below):

        1. Catch the Edge: Use your fingernail or a dull plastic edge to gently lift the film at one of the corners.

        2. Peel Slowly: Once the film starts to lift, peel it back slowly and evenly across the entire surface.

        3. The Reveal: Once the film is completely removed, you’ll be left with a clean, transparent acrylic.
